ABA Therapists and/or RBTs

Zázrak, Inc. is looking for ABA Therapists and/or RBTs to join our team in providing the highest quality services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under the supervision of a BCBA/LABA, therapists provide direct 1:1 service as part of an individualized treatment team.

In the first weeks of employment, all therapists will complete a comprehensive ABA training program. Zázrak also provides frequent 1:1 supervision, quarterly meetings and trainings.

Essential functions:

Implement treatment plans/programs utilizing ABA principles and strategies
Provide 1:1 instruction to clients
Complete documentation of client progress to include recording accurate data on behavior treatment plans and documenting data collection on client behavior during sessions
Adhere to all company policies and procedures

The right candidates will:

Have experience working with children and/or individuals diagnosed with autism
Be willing to work within a variety of settings, including homes and daycares
Have reliable transportation to and from work
Be able to maintain composure under stress, take direction and remain flexible
Work as part of a team and receive feedback
Have a high school diploma and be 18+ years of age with a completed 40 hours of training under the supervision of a BCBA. This training is provided free of charge at Zázrak
Be willing to commute to and from client homes in the North Central and Worcester regions of MA
